What is 8 + 3?

Reviews are checked by ARC before they appear. We publish positive and critical reviews alike; we may reject reviews that are abusive, off-topic, contain personal data, or that we cannot match to a booking. See our Privacy Policy.

How we moderate reviews

We publish reviews written by genuine customers, whether positive or critical. We do not edit a review’s meaning; we may correct obvious spelling mistakes, and any such edit is recorded and marked on the review. We may decline reviews that are abusive, unrelated to our service, contain someone’s personal information, or cannot be matched to a booking. [To confirm: confirm this moderation policy]
