About ARC Car Transport
ARC Car Transport moves cars and motorcycles between cities, from our office in Vikhroli East, Mumbai.
What we do
We arrange road transport for private vehicles. Our work covers four things:
- Car transport and car carrier service — moving cars on carrier trucks.
- Bike transport — moving motorcycles and scooters with protective packing.
- Wooden crate packing — an extra-protection option for bikes.
- Shipment updates for booked customers through our update request service.
Our story
[To confirm: a short, true account of how ARC started, who runs it and the year it began operating (the domain registration date is not the same as the operating start date)]
How we work
Our approach is simple: tell customers clearly what they are paying for. Every booking starts with a written quote that shows what is included and lists anything that may be charged separately. We ask customers to inspect their vehicle with us at pickup and again at delivery, so both sides agree on its condition.
We do not currently publish a live online tracking system; customers can request a shipment update or call us for the latest status.
Who we serve
Individuals and families relocating between cities, people buying or selling vehicles in another city, and businesses that need to move vehicles. [To confirm: any specific customer types ARC serves, e.g. corporate relocations, dealerships — only if true]
